Ministry Bio

Justin and Rheanna Arfsten were both born and raised in Minnesota and have been married for 20 years, raising and homeschooling their four children. Rheanna is a best-selling author and has earned a Bachelor’s degree in Theology along with a Biblical Counseling diploma from Life Christian University in Tampa, FL. Justin is a licensed Retirement Advisor with a local financial firm, finding purpose in helping people connect to their destiny financially and spiritually.

Justin and Rheanna are the co-founders and leaders of the Freedom Culture ministry, Occupy-Freedom.com and the Occupy Freedom podcast. They have a deep passion to minister to the bound and broken and to equip God’s people to acknowledge, activate, and walk in their kingdom calling, purpose & assignments.

The assignment of Freedom Culture ministries is to serve the worldwide church body as well as the local church family. Through preaching the gospel, counseling, mentorship strategy, and releasing freedom through prophetic prayer ministry, Justin and Rheanna’s desire is to witness the power of Christ bind the broken-hearted and set the captives free!
